The issue

I would like to check the phone numbers stored in the Amazon Connect callback queue, but I was unable to do so through the contact flow.

The solution

You cannot check the phone numbers stored in the callback queue through the contact flow.

Currently there isn't a way to see the phone numbers of the contacts waiting for callbacks.

As an alternative, you could consider using Lambda or a database service to store phone numbers externally before transferring calls to the callback queue.
